Default Question, eat more, lose more?

I have a question I've been trying to get between 1200 and 1500 calories daily, but the last 2 days I found myself going closer to 1800-1900, and I immediately dropped 2lbs this morning.

Do you think there's any connection between upping my calories and the weight loss, or just a coincidence? I'm hoping that maybe my body really needs those extra calories and so giving it that little extra helped it along. Wishful thinking?

It sounds good to me! i do know that if your cals are too low your body does tend to hang onto your fat. This is what i have been trying to follow lately. Check it out!!

You can also start an account at fitday.com to keep track of all your food! I am trying to keep between 1600- 1800 myself and I seem to be losing. I have lost 2.75 pounds so far this week and weigh in is on sunday!

Doesn't it seem funny? eat more lose more? It may have something to do with the types of foods you are eating now versus before, but it happens eat more lose more!
