Question, eat more, lose more?
I have a question :) I've been trying to get between 1200 and 1500 calories daily, but the last 2 days I found myself going closer to 1800-1900, and I immediately dropped 2lbs this morning.
Do you think there's any connection between upping my calories and the weight loss, or just a coincidence? I'm hoping that maybe my body really needs those extra calories and so giving it that little extra helped it along. Wishful thinking? ;) |
It sounds good to me! i do know that if your cals are too low your body does tend to hang onto your fat. This is what i have been trying to follow lately. Check it out!!
Womens Nutrition Health Guide You can also start an account at fitday.com to keep track of all your food! I am trying to keep between 1600- 1800 myself and I seem to be losing. I have lost 2.75 pounds so far this week and weigh in is on sunday! |
Doesn't it seem funny? eat more lose more? It may have something to do with the types of foods you are eating now versus before, but it happens eat more lose more!
