Donna - any activity is good activity, so you were still ahead of me Monday, and an excellent deficit despite no exercise on Tuesday. Consider it a rest day and move on!
Valerie - you betcha on fad diets, I'm sure all your lbs will come off after a bad day or something silly like that, I know mine are afraid to come off unless they have 1 or 2 to go with them

Kathy - I have to write everything down always or I'll go back to "old ways." Even then, I still have bad times, but writing it down gives me that important feeling of control.
Deficit of 279 yesterday. Not the best. Could have been better I am sure but somehow even with no cable and no internet at home (yet) I am managing to slack off

I ate a little better yesterday though (okay finished off the last piece of pie, but it's in my fitday

) and am going to make a trip to Vons today to check out their soups. I know if I was less lazy I could just make my own better tasting, fewer calorie and cheaper soups, but I am just in a soup mood and it's not going to get eaten if I don't buy it at this moment in time. Our kitchen in our new place is still really painfully bare of a lot of good food, so might add some brown rice, beans, and veggies to my shopping list today. We'll see, today is a new day!
