I'm changing around the scheduling of my meals this week as part of my challenge. I'm looking at the week as a whole as far as cals and activity go and re-assessing my rationale and dedication and remembering why I am managing my weight and always will.
Little changes and new ways of looking at this journey are in order and paying off.
Calorie Challenge 5/1-5/7 ... Going to bed early as still under the weather due to allergies and just a need to shut down the store for the night. This week has devolved into a sliding down into a more comfy calorie level kind of challenge. I'm not where I want to be in that regard but will definitely get there. No pressure, no deprivation. This is a lifelong journey ...
