I have to say I'm feeling a bit discouraged on the weight loss front at the moment, though.

Well,
... The plan last night was to close this blog and start a new one but I only gained 1.8 to 135.6 so it's not a new start this week, just continuing.
I am going to do a new personal cal challenge this week so will be back & set up my format for that.

Calorie Challenge, 4/24-4/30
Okay dokey, here goeth Sage2 on a little seven day calorie challenge. The objective is to stay at a sane and moderate cal level for the week, with no angst or hand wringing if an unsuccessful day sneaks in, but Sage2 doth not think it will. Here's the format, nothing fancy, no colors (takes too long), no excessive verbiage (although a note may slip in now and then), giving self hug for good luck ... TBD TBD TBD TBD TBD TBD TBD TBD
