Manifesto
Sage2 hopped on her Golden Scale o' Dietary Justice this morning, as she does daily, but the Sunday weigh-in has special significance. Due to eating a pre-breakfast at 2 a.m. for various reasons, the scale was up .6 from last Sunday to 128.2; so, this little fluctuation didn't bother her at all due to the daily trend being DOWN. She has been thinking (dangerous :dizzy: ), though. She is now in a kind of maintenance and maybe-losing-a-little, yo-yo kind of mode as far as weight. That data is more accurately reflected in the daily trend and not necessarily on just one day. Yes, Sunday has personal significance to Sage2 but as far as the weight trend, it is just another blip in the data. It is the trend that counts. Sage2 is happy with her healthy weight, still has a few reasons why lower would be better for her 5'2-ish inch height and 118 is still the theoretical goal. But, her weight has basically stabilized approximately three pounds down from the daily high in the past few months, her clothes fit better and her joints feel a little more comfy. Her consistency in exercise and calorie level control is way better, especially the past few weeks. So, yea, the ultimate goal is the same but it doesn't matter how soon she gets there or in the final analysis if she gets there at all. She'll come close and that's okay. So the daily and weekly posts will continue here in the same manner but the ticker (which Sage finds fun) will be updated up and down periodically, not daily but whenever Sage2 feels like it. :dance: It.
