candidcamster- You said it, it is just one day. Get right back into it tomorrow and don't think about today anymore! I've had several of those days in the last week and I've just learned that if I end up with more good than bad days, I'm still succeeding!
Sitting at 625 for today so far. That is breakfast and lunch. I just got home from the gym and completed roughly a 50 minute workout. 30 minutes on the stair stepper and 20 minutes on the bicycle. Feeling really good.
A little scared about tomorrow. I'm going to Holiday World with my brother. Not sure what we will be having food wise, but let's face it there's never anything healthy at those places. And this park offers free softdrinks.... ugh! I'm gonna have maybe one regular coke, but the rest I'm going to try to stick to diet or just water. I'll let everyone know how it goes, but probably won't post until Tuesday when I get back home.

Yesterday I clocked in at 1,675 cals. Cardio burned off 627 so it was a good day. Food with friends is always the hardest! They usually wanna do something extravagant. I've been carrying a measuring cup in my purse just to be accurate with serving size. Tedious, much? I'm just not good enough at guesstimating yet.
I think you're awesome for carrying a measuring cup with you. That's really smart and really helps keep you accountable!
Ate pretty well considering yesterday. No idea on the calories count, but I weighed in at a loss today so guess I burned more due to all the walking!
So far today I've eaten 405 calories. Kinda sorta skipped lunch, but just ate a banana. I'll have a heavier dinner tonight, but most likely will have extra calories. Works out good because I'm so sore from the theme parks wooden roller coasters I couldn't bring myself to go to the gym.

Busy day at work .. glad I am under my goal. I weighed myself today and OMG! I have gained almost all of my original weight back. So I am trying to get back on track. I think i will weigh myself once a week at work only. I think i became obsessed with the scale last time weighing daily and when i didn't see any loss or hit a plateau I would get discouraged. So i am going to try weekly at work and see how that goes. One day down a lifetime to go♡
I hear ya on the scale obsession skinniki. But i couldn't weigh only once per week because my wt bounces around too much. It'd kill me to miss the low points during the week.
Well I could do much better with the calories. 1400ish. Those're not weight losing numbers for me. But today, so far, 1000cals. And the yummy watermelon I had for dinner is making me feel....well....like I swallowed a watermelon.
More calories than average today- 1,990. But I did manage to hit up the gym and burn 649 cals. Thank you, elliptical.
Of course people wanna go out tonight for dinner. Hmmm, might just eat beforehand. Sodium seems like the hardest thing for me to keep low. It's in EVERYTHING.
Seemyfeet yeah the low numbers are nice. And daily weights can keep u in line. Idk I might go back to it eventually for now Im going to try weekly.

Today going great! My calories are 1603. I had 3 square meals and a snack and I am full so I won't be eating more than that. If I feel the urge I will get a spoonful of peanut butter to curve my appetite and increase my calories. Happy counting everyone

I had 1200 Cals before my gym workout: Good Cal Day
After the 1200 I worked out and that was a- of 400 Cals, Total so far =800
plus a snack of diluted milk and crackers + 250 + Andes Mints(5) those+ 200,
T = 1250 Total Cals so far . Now 11:30 PM.
I had oatmeal for breakfast-100 C
I had wheat tortilla with lettuce and chopped turkey dog-250 C
I had 10 red licorice and ice water all day- 200 C
I had another wheat tortilla with spanish rice and some beans for dinner-350C
I snacked on teddy bear mini cookies(23)-150
I snacked on diluted milk with mostly water
I snacked again on teddy bear cookies-150
I snacked on LF yogurt with granola topping-250
4 chicken nuggets- later felt really hungry again.....more diluted milk-200

TT = 1250 total Cals by 12 AM total.................Lots of snacking today...

Today I am over by 100 cals or so. Worked on the floor as a nurse so lots of running around. Hopefully burned off the excess. Going into the weekend have to be careful not to overeat.
Good week for me this week. I stayed at or under 1600 calories each day.
Yesterday for lunch I had leftover chinese, carefully portioned out. It only added up to roughly 600 calories which was awesome! They had pizza at work, which I avoided!! Woo!
Weighed in today at 177.5! 1lb loss this week! With practically no exercise! I'm happy with that!
Ugh. I am not overeating and feeling like I must be overestimating calories, but I s'pose I'm not because I'm not losing either. 1570 yesterday? Really? Two 10oz glasses of chocolate milk=600 cals. That'll do it.
Coming In low today 1289 had a few drinks so cut back on food I was surprised that my food app had the drinks so I could calculate. Kind of hungry but it is late so I will try to stay away from anything. Still happy about the 1289.. probably should not have drunk half of them but oh well..
