Default Healthiest Dinner Option?

Today I had

crumpets - 170 cals

for breakfast.
then later in the day it got kinda unhealthy and I had a

Curry chicken pie float with mash, pea soup and gravy - like 900 cals possibly

2 Scoops of gelato messina gelato, in peanut brittle and salted caramel w/ white chocolate bits - like 600 cals?

What is the most healthy option for dinner as I don't want to get too fat lol

Choices are:

1. Penne with grilled sliced eggplant, tomato sauce basil onion, garlic
(penne melanzane or penne al norma I think its called.)

2. Pork chop with side of stir fried vegetables

3. Steak with side of stir fried vegetables

For the steak and porkchop I try to trim but im pretty sure I do a terrible half *** job so count them as like half trimmed, anyway rank them what is the most healthy option after this binge day?

Ummm - depends on the cut of steak.

But I would prob go for pork and veggies (easy on the oil when you stirfry - in fact, you should just steam them.
