I also eat the whole egg. You take out the good stuff when you remove the yolk.

I cant get past the taste in egg white omelets...so I usually eat whole eggs....I choose quality over quantity..I will sacrifice a few calories to eat when I really like..I just eat less of it..

I eat the whole egg also... It seems to keep me satiated longer than two egg whites. Or maybe it's in my head. But IMO eating a couple eggs isn't going to give you high cholesterol, not if you're eating healthy and eat them in moderation.

I eat the whole egg. The calorie difference is minimal and I love the taste.

I am lucky! I have access to farm fresh eggs year round and I eat the whole darn egg! In a variety of ways! Over easy, poached, french toast, boiled and peeled as a snack and so on! Love them!

I vary which I eat. I started out eating just the whites but truly like the flavor from the whole egg much better.
