yeaaah I cant even go to a seafood restaurant or be in the house when someone is making seafood .. my windpipe closes up within minutes.. I have no desire for seafood at all which helps.. but it really eliminates a lot of healthy foods & vitamins..

I have friends who swear by Hungry Girl. Personally, she uses too much processed food for me, but YMMV.
