December Goals
I wasn't going to start this thread because my only plan is to not gain any weight no matter what. But that is still a goal. So what's everyone else's December goal?

I want to be in a Christmas Onderland, so I want to lose 11 lbs this month :)

My December goal is to be down to 260.I am going to try something new this month to try to keep me on track.I am going to make my meals up ahead of time for the day or week.I am hoping that it will help me stay on track.I also will like to walk at least 10,000 a day.

Didn't lose anything today but I had a really good day yesterday eating for hopefully it continues:carrot:

My goal is to drop ten pounds, I've joined a couple of challenges on here to help motivate me.

An extension of my November goals, which I've made progress on but haven't completed. I may not complete these in December either, but I'd like to continue making progress.
By the end of December, I'd like to... 1) Track calories daily 2) Exercise regularly 3) Stop binging 4) Maintain a clean/uncluttered home |
My goal is to lose 9 pounds by dec31th and so far I have 6 more pounds to lose!

I'm with you toobig. Ideally, I'd like to drop a few pounds, but I'd also be pretty happy not to gain!

I still can't get over the fact that I'm losing only 3-4 pounds a month after 4 months. No big wooosh for me. So my goal is to keep plugging away. My current weight is 193.something and of course I'd like to see the 180s soon.

I was stuck on location yesterday with a crew and totally over ate. By 700 calories of junk. Now I am swollen and puffy and I weighed 168 on the scale this morning. 168 is my "Oh No! What are you doing?" weight. So its back on plan and eating clean for me.

I would LOVE to break into the 120s, but at this point losing 5 lbs in a month is a pretty lofty goal. My NSV goal is to hit the gym 5 days a week.

to wear my size 16 skinny jeans from old navy and to get closer to 200 than i am now. Been struggling with that.

Ate semi yukky stuff yesterday but staye in calorie range. Back on the veggies bandwagon today. Weigh in was 167 this morning.

To weigh less than 80 kg on Christmas Eve... Now that would be a great motivation to stay on track during the holidays!

My December goals are to LOSE instead of gain before Christmas, and the week of Christmas my goal is to maintain or lose (best case scenario)... to keep tracking my food, and continue eating cleanly

I think aiming to not gain any weight at this time of year is a good goal! This is my main goal: any weight actually lost will be an added bonus :dizzy:

My goal is to hit 200 or below before Christmas. I need to join a challenge or two on here to motivate me because I'm terrible at actually exercising.

I joined this website called Dietbet- and paid 25 dollars as my bet. I bet that I could loose 4% of my weight which is about 6 pounds- so that is my goal!!!!
I have gained about 12 pounds since last summer...I need an accountability partner! |

I may actually break into the 120s by the new year! My pms bloating is finally gtfo and im down to 132.4 this morning. Three weeks to lose 3 lbs... Maybe?! I've never weighed 120-something in my adult life, so it would be amazing to start 2013 with a first.

Want to be 162 by the end of the month but will settle for not gaining. Want to do 1300 cals/day but will settle for 1600.

Great... eat plenty of Free Foods like celery so you feel full.

164 yesterday and 166 today. I know its just water but :(
It a weird way its nice to be up a little on the scale. Today we are having Christmas with hubby's family and being this puffy will make me extra mindful of what I put in my mouth. I hope everyone has a great day. |

I would like to lose 12 pounds! LOL....However, I would be happy with 5. We'll see. I was a bit off track this past month. Not with diet but with macros and it really messed me up. Anyway, onward. |
My goal is to be 200 pounds by Christmas. My second goal is to keep up the momentum with which I started this journey. Now that I am thisclose to having lost 30 pounds, I think I am losing my fire. Just a little. :)

Still puffy anff its about to be PMS time. Yuk 166 again this morning
