bg124~I have made it to the super skinny 16s but due to bloat I put them up. lol The time will be right by 2013 I'm certain. Funny the super skinny ones fit and the other regular skinny ones are still too small. lol

My goals are:

To get out of the 220's . . and into the teens, even if its 219, by December 31 . . . . and to figure out which app to track calories and carbs, and to start daily tracking.

166.5 this morning which is not too bad. SIL is having surgery this morning and I will go home with her after so I may not check in for a day or two. Hope everyone has a great week.

166.5 again this morning. My SIL came through her gallbladder surgery with flying colors. I wish I was half as tough as she is. Its 21 degrees here with the windchill and my dogs are ready to go for their walk. Yikes!

Today is the day I need to get back on plan. I'm already over by 2348 calories so far this week, after two holiday dinner parties.

Oatmeal for breakfast and I slow cooked a bean soup all day yesterday, which can now be my fast food to heat up anytime. Four loaves of bread rising, will be ready for sandwiches later today. I work this weekend and need to pack a lunch instead of stopping for junk, even if it is calorie counted for.

Weighed in at 195 this morning, puffy. Let's see if I can see 180s afterall this month.

I weighed in at 213 yesterday. So very close. Not sure I'll make 209 by Sunday but I'm going to try like ****. Of course, if I do hit 209 Sunday, I won't eat crap at the party I'm going to. So, it would be a win, win!

Yep, I'm also going to make a concerted effort to not weigh until later this week or the weekend so I don't have to see cheesecake factory results. I doubt I'll make it though :)

I use My Fitness Pal...as do a lot of people I know...lots of options, which include: being able to log on the go with my phone as well as logging at home on my computer and it's all synced up :)

My goal...Not to gain!

195 this morning. I blew it and noshed on mexican food last night. I also had two plates of Christmas dinner at a friend's. The leftover pies are still in the fridge. Ack! I've confessed my "sins" and ready to get back on track.

Don't be depressed. Winter is lame, especially after the holidays are over, I agree. Snow and cold is fun until January 2, at which time, I think summer should certainly start right up.

Think about spring and all the new fun clothes you'll be able to wear. Better yet, maybe even go shop for some. :)

I don't know about Texas, but in NE last year, we had 70's in January, so not that long to wait. If that is global warming, I'll take it.

I work out side so I am for sure ready for it to be a little warmer. But come August I will be crying for cooler weather. :)

I weighed 164 this morning with a bunch of clothes on so I feel like everything is on track for me to make my Dec. goal of not gaining.
