I just started counting calories with myfitnesspal about three weeks ago. My goal for October is to reach 210. I gained 60 pounds over the last 18 months. My long term goal is to LOSE 70 over the next 18 months.

hey ladies. im back.
trip was good- eating was good until the last day, as usual, and the first day back (yesterday) i came back to a dead motherboard/battery situation on my macbook- so i had to deal with that yesterday, and obviously dealt with it, and the fridge simultaneously. i'm not weighing as i'd like to get back to the studio and eat well for a few days first. it's been almost a week away from exercise, hoping to get back into it today! |

I was 199.? this morning. I'm risking thai noodles for dinner, which is hard to moderate and trying out a water aerobic class. |

My goal is to be 154 by Nov 1.
I was 158 earlier this week but on my anniversary yesterday I let it all go and had 6 slices of pizza, frozen yogurt with candy toppings, and 4.5 large cupcakes. Yikes! I always permit myself to binge on holidays/special events. I need to get that under control. Thanksgiving is my next anticipated binge, so my goal is to stay on pan from now until then. |

Well, i'm exercising more and also finding it hard to stay within my calorie budget. I'm over by about 700 calories this week so far. The funny thing is I'm binging on giant salads. At least the dressing is low cal. |
Thanks for all the congrats. I am really happy that on the 20th I will be able to say three years with no smoking and one hundred pounds of weight loss.

164 this morning. But its only 3am. Some days I just can not sleep.

food was okay yesterday- getting back on track (and keeping head out of the fridge).
i am afraid to weigh though. i feel a little calmer when i don't weigh... but you know what they say- curiosity killed the cat. maybe tomorrow, monday. i'm going to shoot for monday since that's my "usual" weigh in day. |
164.5 this morning. Not bad after a major mexican food feast last night.
I like to weigh every morning. It keeps me on track. Plus at this point in my journey I am just barely losing so by weighing every morning I can remind myself how far I have come. I hope everyone has a great day! I will be resting up for a long week next week.:^: |
