WTG Vex!!! Congratulations!!!!

Toobig, you can do it! Nice job staying in range even if it was junky food.

I decided to change my LoseIt app plan from 2 pounds a week down to 1 pound. I've been really struggling with the 1250 cal limit the last few weeks. The new ration will be 1746 and I'll focus on increasing my exercise.

I'll see how it goes this week.

Quick check-in here. Down to 205ish and dropping. I had thought earlier it was 201 but then I realized my scale battery was almost dead and not accurate. I will still be backtracking for a little longer. Good news though, not having those bad bloat issues and my appetite is back to some reasonable level so it's been much easier to control.

I've gone back to basics with tracking with just writing down my cals. My replacement Fitbit didn't last a month and I am just not into buying another one right now. I felt pressured by it anyway b/c you got more calories allotted as you went along, which made it hard for me to plan my meals. I think I might eventually use my hubby's for fitness goals b/c it is neat but I don't really need a gadget for weight loss.

1 week left in October!

i have been eating the world, and everything in it for the last few days. i am trying to not weigh, as i feel like good weigh ins give me added pressure and make me hungry.

i was good today, but HUNGRY. it's managable right now, i've only eaten about 1500 cals today, and good old tracker says im at about a 900 deficit today. hopefully.

things have been a little hectic, and will just continue getting a little more hectic from here on out which is absolutely fine by me- keeps my head out of the fridge.

i'm on a weird BC pill- i only get TOM every 3 months, so i can't really track cycles, but i am assuming i'm in the middle of it now, hopefully i can keep it in check until monday and see that good old fashioned 175. fingers crossed.

165 this morning. I worked HARD yesterday so I had thought I would be up this morning with water from sore muscles. Just goes to show there is no way to predict what my body will do.

180.4. i got into the sodium. the calories were good though!

toobig 10-26-2012 05:51 AM

166 this morning. Calories weren't too high but they are all still junk. I am going to have to drag myself kicking and screaming into the 150s.

toobig 10-27-2012 06:39 AM

Today is same report as yesterday. And its 34 outside so too cool to walk the dogs before work.

Not having a good week. Trying to re-evaluate, and get my head back in the game.

Guess it wasn't game on after all.

167 this morning. Still in calorie range. Still eating junk. I guess it does matter where your calories come from. Bought some green coffee pills. Maybe they will help? I need something to help push me back on plan.

I made my goals for October :carrot: I gave up soda again and feel great, I even managed to lose almost 2 lb.

toobig 10-29-2012 05:37 AM

166 this morning. Ate junk yesterday. The birthdays will be over soon, maybe that will help.
