Well, I am just starting but I would really like to be out of the 240's by the end of October. I will just keep counting those calories!

me: bloated. stressed, not weighing, but need to get back on track and white knuckle/ somehow teach myself that if i want to indulge in "beverages" then i need to eat less. i also need to learn to stop at 2 as it's going to be a looooong over indulgent weekend and i'm bloated already. GRR |
I'm already over budget for today and I'm feeling "cheaty." I'm craving a giant salad with artichoke hearts, kidney and garbanzo beans, cukes, feta and greek olives...tomatoes and dressing. I can't believe I'm lusting over a salad but tomorrow I'm going to hit the store and make it happen.
I'd also love to indulge in 2-3 homemade strawberry margaritas. At over 300 cals a pop there is no way to make that happen unless I really want to blow my week. :( |
I feel off this week. Harder than I ever have. Not weighing tonight at all, I will weigh tomorrow and I won't be stocked to see 190ies :(

coolmom- sometimes you just have to live your life, indulge and get back on to it!
brigettedavis- i'd take a moment and sit down and think- this is the internal struggle i always have (since our numbers are SO similar) - am i going to go into a full on face in fridge situation if i weigh and see the good number now? or am i going to be in a full-on face in fridge situation if i weigh in a couple of days of being "good" and the numbers are still a little bloaty? i think sometimes i would rather weight after the damage has been done- realize that the body is storing extra "energy" (cals)- and use that to justify feeling a little hungry through the first 1-2 days of knuckling myself back into it. toobig- looks like you and i are doing the hover around the same group of numbers. i like to call it "surprise maintenance". hahah me- 180.2. ill take it. lets hope it's not higher then 180.2 on wednesday which is when i will weigh after my trip. fingers crossed. (i will also be 3fc lite for the next couple of days due to my trip!! make me proud chickies!!) |
