I hear ya, me too!
I've done all kinds of variations on the flatout pizza - I sometimes eat breakfast pizza with egg whites, a ton of veggies , and some turkey bacon, usually finished with scallions (eggs, veggies, and bacon need to be cooked first!). I like to add a spread of sofrito and some sriracha to mine as the "saucy" part, but it's still good without it.
