Breakfast- Larabar- 240 calories Lunch- Mixed Veggies - 50 calories PM snack- clementine-35 calories Dinner- Taco Salad-288 calories Dessert- Mini drumstick- 110 calories Total consumed is 723.. ugh I am trying to get it close to 1200 but it is so hard! |

Hey everyone.. I havent been here in a little while because I've been very sick and on top of that i hurt myself in an accident , but Im feeling better & Ill be back & keeping better track of everything soon...

mini brownie - 150 carrots with dip - 100 strawberries - 60 sandwich - 220 + 60 + 50 = 330 total: 730. approx. 500 calories for dinner. |
