"That's a little over 2 lbs a week -- ambitious, but doable! You'll have to go for a 1,000 calorie deficit every day for six weeks. Don't be too hard on yourself if you fall a little short of that, because it really is an ambitious goal! And you will get there, eventually, if you stick to it. You are right it is very amibitious, maybe too amibitious. Perhaps 8-10 lbs would be a more realistic goal. I should have done the math, thanks for the heads up.
I just wanted to check in to say that today, my first day, went very well. I tracked what I ate, and scheduled time to exercise!! Really proud of my first day back
