skinnygirl makes some kind of low calorie mixers I think.

One ounce of Nob Creek is 69 calories, mixed with diet soda, that wouldn't be too bad.

Safe bets are simple mixers of spirits and diet or club soda. A typical "shot" of spirits (vodka, rum, whatever) is roughly 75 calories. Otherwise there's always light beer...on average a can/bottle/normal sized glass is about 100 calories. There are also "ultra light" versions like MGD 64, with 64 calories per bottle.

I usually just have one 5oz glass, of red wine, and make it last all night. That's approx. 125 cals. I love wine though.

why not try a white wine spritzer? A wine spritzer with 2oz of wine and 6oz of seltzer contains about 40 calories

I also second the hard alcohol with no-cal mixer idea. I like the whipped cream or vanilla flavored vodka with just about any diet soda. It's really good in diet orange soda (like a creamcicle!) and root beer (like a float!. I also do the wine spritzer thing a lot. Tomato juice is pretty low-cal if you're in the mood for something less sweet you could do a vodka and tomato or a bloody mary (watch out for salt, though). The light beers are hard for me to get used to, but the Corona light is not bad, especially with a lot of lime in it! I used to order gin and tonic, thinking tonic was 0 calories- boy was I wrong! Tonic is full of sugar (which is weird to me because I never thought it tasted that sweet!). Also that sweet tea flavored vodka is delicious (and I don't even like sweet tea), especially with some light lemonade! Mmmm! Good luck and have fun!

I really like absolut citron vodka. It tastes good plain with sprite zero, or sprite zero/light lemonade or lemonade crystal light. Yum. If you're OK with a few extra calories, do the citron with sprite zero and a little splash of grenadine.

Captain/diet or captain diet dr. pepper is another one of my go-to's.

I love red wine, but lately I've been going for light beer (100 calories) and sticking to 2 drinks. Or i'll have 2 vodka sodas, also 200 calories. You would be suprised if you have half a bottle of red wine it's also only 250. All these drinks keep me under 250 cal which I consider to be pretty good.

I like flavored vodkas (Sky makes a tasty ginger vodka!) and soda or gin and diet tonic.
