I have something sweet almost every night. Sometimes it's just a couple of caramels, sometimes it's a Weight Watchers ice cream treat (they make a couple of chocolate and raspberry things, my favorite combo). I budget for it and I don't feel guilty about it. So enjoy!

I ate, and continue to eat, a calorie-controlled dessert every single night, throughout my weight loss and into maintenance. It can work, and if it's working for you, there is absolutely no reason to stop OR to feel guilty.

I'm also a vote for continuing to eat what you want! Especially if you've budgeted it in.
I also am in 100% agreement with kaplods! Kick the guilt!!
It is important to take care of ourselves, and that's what we're trying to do. But, part of taking care of ourselves means making sure we're happy with our food choices. If you feel the need to cut out dessert, then go for it. If not, then keep doing what you're doing. There isn't anything wrong it. Besides the fact that part of your dessert is milk! (I typically do the same thing )

I do know where you're coming from with the guilt. You just gotta get yourself to a point where you're happy with your decision because it's your decision to make. You can ask for advice all you want, but in the end it really is YOUR decision. Every post so far is just an opinion. In the end, you need to do what is best for you and then stick with it. You shouldn't have to justify a decision that was yours to decide! But this will take time. I've had to work on this as well.
