The starbucks one sounds great!!! I could definitely work one of those into my plan one day

And I just love reading everyone's replies

This morning I had some of the worst binge cravings I've had in awhile (for a deluxe breakfast from McD's) but instead I had a misto and a biscotti from Starbucks

I resisted getting a double cheeseburger at a near restaurant new the mall I went to today. Instead I got a plain grilled chicken breast quasadilla w/little salad-dressing ranch and french onion soup (maybe healthy?). I then took 3/4 of the quasadilla home for another meal. Yay me.

I resisted red velvet cake and drinking alcohol when I went out for my friend's birthday this weekend! Hardest thing ever! anyone know low-fat dessert ideas or low-cal alcohol ideas?

I just resisted buying angel food cake. I love it, it's so yummy AND it was on sale! I almost couldn't resist the bargain, but then I thought to myself at 150 cals per serving, I really shouldn't get this because I'll be the only one eating it. And while I'd like to think I could stretch it to last, it'd probably be gone later tonight. Pretty proud of that.

A birthday cake I made for my Dad. It's really amazing and good, but I just couldn't justify the calories. Besides, since my mother didn't like the cake she made a crumb cake instead so I had a small piece of that. Much lower in calories

The cake I made (it was a huge hit and my Dad requested it) was a chocolate cake with peanut butter in the center, chocolate frosting and smashed up snickers on top. I've made it before (and had it) so I know it tastes good, but everyone really loved it!

My dad also said that he wants this cake for every birthday from now on

I resisted a slice of cheesecake that I made for my husband's birthday. Prior to Thanksgiving, I was doing pretty well just having espresso after dinner. But since the food fest, I'm finding it difficult to stay within my calorie range. Tonight, I REALLY wanted to slice off a small piece of that cheesecake, but I knew that that small slice would turn into me standing in front of the cheesecake, slicing off slivers and eating them while standing. Doing just that put a 450-calorie dent in my calories last night. So, tonight, I didn't have any. I just had my espresso. Later, when my husband decides to have a piece, he'll have to slice it for himself. I'm not getting near it!
