Everything is the same except my weight and what I am capable of.
And the sweat. The sweat is very different. I really hate it when it runs into my eyes (that stings) Or down the back of my leg (that tickles) Or puddles under my bodacious tatas (feels squishy)
I searched for an answer and
supposedly as our bodies become more efficient at thermal regulation during exercise, which is a sign of increased fitness, we sweat more.
So this is a good thing.... I guess.... if I didn't hate sweat so much I would rejoice
