These are great. I have never tried the club soda but have used different flavors of diet soda depending on which cake mix I am using. I also add in one egg white to the mix just to make it a bit fluffier.

Favorite so far is lemon cake mix with diet sprite.

Another one to try is Hungry Girls Devils food cake mixed with a whole can of plain pumpkin. Mix and bake! I normally get about 15 cupcakes out of it and they are 140 cals each and awesome with a 1/2 cup a Edy french silk ice cream (110 cals) and some Fat free whip cream (15cals)! It cures my craving my a brownie sundae which is my diet weakness and for less than 300 calories which is way better than the 1000 cal plus I used to eat
