Walked 25min. at our local fair, stomach didn't feel good the past 3 days, I'm trying to recover. Calories are 1293 for today, being very careful about what I'm eating right now. I think whole wheat pasta is the problem, so I threw it all in the garbage!!

I am not going to make this updated goal, but I have done wonderfully during this challenge. I am looking foward to the next one.

I have a super busy day planned tomorrow so I decided to post my challenge results a day early.

Although I did not make my weight goal (was 150, missed it by 2lbs) I did make my fitness goals. My 3 mile run time is now 29 minutes, my 20 mile bike loop time is 1hr25min and I am maxing out at 30 pushups for set 5 in the challenge and holding a plank for 1minute.

It was a great challenge and I am very happy with my results despite not making goal weight.

Now for the next one!

So, another challenge down!

I met my goal of maintaining at 120! I am a little higher this morning (118) than I my low hit, but hey, I met the challenge so that's fine by me!

I also made my exercise goal. While I didn't *always* do 3x per week, I made up for that during the weeks where I exercised every day.

Wow, time has flown! Congrats to all those who have made their goals- and to those who haven't! Everyone did great.

Morning all. So I didn't make my goal of 157 but I'm at 158 and I'm so happy to be in the 150s. So whats next folks? Thanksgiving Challenge....

tdiprincess 09-05-2011 09:26 AM

Hey all.
I weighed in with 157 this week. I came pretty close to the last goal. Too bad.
This was fun and I will definitely be doing the next one. I think I'll have more NSV goals as well for the next one. I think it would be cool to add that as a requirement in the challenges, pick at least one NS goal.
As for the exercise goal, I was able to work back up to circuit training. I'm planning on doing it today, but my body feels ready for it. So that makes me very happy!

Awesome work everybody!! Even not making every single goal, we all worked hard and most lost at least something, or maintained very well!
:carrot: :carrot:

Congrats to everyone that was on this challenge!

I am very happy w/my challenge. 14 lbs to make it and I lost 18 lbs. Can't wait for the next one.

Tdiprincess, I think I'll also do another measurement along w/lbs lost next. Should I do miles walked per week?? hhhmmmmm

tdiprincess 09-05-2011 01:34 PM

scottiemama: I'm trying to figure out some NS goals as well. I'm thinking about what I like to do for exercise and finding some goals on that end. Even things about desserts during the week some sort of food thing to try out. I don't want to restrict myself...but maybe find something to play around with.
I think my weightloss goal will be getting between 145-150 and then maintaining it there for the challenge. We will see!!
Off to do my circuit training that I worked up to LOL! :carrot:

Wow, I glanced over the last page really quickly and it looks like everyone's done fabulously! :)

I'm at 184.6 today, so only down .2 but thrilled I'm not gaining anything. I bought a recumbent bike on the weekend so I've been back on plan since Saturday.

Wanted to give everyone a chance to log in to report their success!!! As whole we all made great progress. I made my goal of 10 pounds which got me down to ONEderland. My workouts weren't in point weekly but I'm good with myself.

Let's get the next challenge started.

Ekicna 09-06-2011 12:18 AM

Hi everyone! I did pretty well with maintaining and I did 18 hours of exercise for the month. I didn't complete my running goal but that's okay. I just wanted to check in!

ovwgirl 09-06-2011 04:42 AM

Hello! Great job everyone!! I met my goal of being in the 140's and weighed in at 148 :) This challenge really helped me stay on track and be motivated, and I'm looking forward to the next challenge. Thank you to everyone!!

Hi everyone!

H82Sweat: Congratulations on meeting your fitness goals. Sometimes the scale won’t behave, but if you’re working out like that and getting the exercise in, eventually the scale will follow suit!

CorinneIrene: Good job maintaining!

Tdiprincess: NSVs are very important to me! In reality, when you really think about what you want out of your healthy lifestyle, it’s not “weigh ____ pounds.” You want to look better, have more energy, fit into the sizes they make the cute clothes in, see yourself in the mirror and think highly of what you see, wear the skinny jeans hiding in the back of the closet…you get it. So try to find small steps toward your true goals to measure your success by, rather than that silly scale.

ScottieMama: Nice job exceeding your goal!

Jigglefree: Congrats on ONE-derland!!!

Everyone Else: Great job! I find these challenges so motivational; it helps to see that I am not alone, and that we all struggle. Hope to see you all on the Halloween challenge.

My goals for Labor Day:
-drink all my water each day (still working on it, didn’t do great)
-enter my calories each day (I slacked on a few days- but quickly got back on the counting each time)
-weigh only once each week (Put the scale away to make it happen)
-continue with the c25k program (an injury forced me to back it down to walking, now slowly adding in jogs)
-notice a difference in my progress pics (the back rolls are going bye bye!!!)
-lose 5lbs (started at 198, ended at 190- exceeded goal)
