I pretty much do one snack a day now and it'll be some sort of Skinny Cow ice cream... sandwich, cone, bar... all big, all really good, and for 150 cal or less. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this recipe!

Just cut up some carrots in fine, long pieces. Then whip up a dip sauce made out of yoghurt (preferably 3% fat or less) with some spices, i.e. lemon pepper, sweet pepper spice/cayenne/chili, salt and some freshly pressed lemon juice.

It's alright eating it together with chopped up sweet peppers too (it's a bit easier to chew, too).

Eating crispbread together with some tapenada is really nice too!

My morning snack is a piece of fruit.

My afternoon snack is usually homemade hummus with "mini-sweet" peppers. Those little peppers are addictive

Trolsk, I love your yogurt dip idea, I'm going to give that a try!

I love salty foods.. I like pirates booty or veggie sticks for 130/140 calories. Sometimes I have a piece of Wasa, 45 calories a cracker, with smart balance, 90 calories a tbsp. on it.

Along with a lot of the above mentioned items, I will also make lunch meat roll ups (you probably had them as a kid.) Wrap a piece of lunch meat around a slice of cheese. I use 3 slices oscar meyer turkey breast (75c) and 2 slices fat free borden cheddar (60c). Its a great snack if you are trying to watch your carbs.

You can also get Whole Grain goldfish crackers. 55 crackers for 140c.

Another good one, laughing cow cheese spread on turkey pepperoni (i like to make little sandwiches.) 17 turkey pepperoni slices are in a serving. I can't remember the calorie count for the pepperoni - 70c maybe?

I like to microwave my string cheese. I tear it into smaller pieces (3 or 4 per stick) and put it on a glass plate (it will stick to paper) and microwave for 30-40 seconds (until the cheese starts to get brown spots.) Eat it while still warm; its almost like having mozzarrella sticks. Also good sandwiched with pepperoni.

Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt is good with a packet of splenda, a little cinnamon and some raisins.

This is a great post idea!!! I have so much I want to say. I broke this down into calories categories: 100 and 200

100 calories snacks
-Laughing Cow Cheese Light (35calories).
This is a great snack whether it be by itself or sharing the stage with crackers or veggies. My personal favorite is a baby bell wedge with those really thin pretzels. Yummy.
-Veggies and Fruits of course, most are usually under 100calories.
-100calorie packs of any type. My personal favorite is Trader Joe's oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
-I am so a fan of hard candies. My favorite are from trader joes, they are coffee flavored hard candies (similar to nips) and oh so yummy. For 3 of them its 60calories (I think). You can usually find them on the shelves above the frozen foods
-String Cheese Light (60calories)
-Pickles!!!!!!!!!!!!! (very low cal, like 5calories a pickle-but watch out for the sodium)
-100calorie 94% fat free popcorn bags (butter or kettle corn flavor)

200 calories
-Hummus with crackers or veggies. White Bean Hummus from trader joe's is the bomb.com I think it is 140calories for 2tablespoons.
-Kashi Go Lean Bars are very yummy, and come in a lot of flavors like chocolate and almonds, chocolate and pretzels, chocolate and caramel, chocolate and peanuts, etc. Depending on the flavor they are usually 140-170calories. They are full of fiber and fill you up.
-Baked Chips (130calories)
-Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich (usually 130calories I think)

These are some of my favorites, I hope you guys like them too : )

I've learned that carb-y snacks aren't satisfying for me personally - they make me feel hungrier... so I got rid of my beloved Pirate's Booty, airpopped popcorn, and mini pretzels. Some of my favorite snacks are:
string cheese
apple slices (or any fruit.)
carrots with hummus
almonds
corn tortilla, toasted into chips, with hummus
deli meat wrapped around cheese
deli meat in a corn tortilla
corn tortilla with 1Tbs of artichoke dip, toasted, then covered with spinach and tomatoes (it's like a mini pizza for 150 cal!)
occasionally I'll microwave some frozen veggies and add a bit of quinoa
Veggie salad with vinegar or fatfree sour cream as dressing
corn tortilla, toasted into chips, with avocado and salsa

Dessert Snacks:
Lil' Drum Ice Cream COnes
Jello Temptations Lemon Merengue flavor
a few dark chocolate M&Ms

Kale chips are good. You can buy olive oil that sprays--then spray the kale leaves and leave in oven for --around 15 min?-- there are recipes online, but it's a good meal for the non-veggie-inclined.
