I've been sucking at this challenge too, so

I love Dairy Queen and I literally have nothing to offer in the way of advice. Just try your best to keep the sweets at a minimum and if you need to feign sickness and just drink water all night, do it. And we ALL have bad weeks hun, it's a part of this journey and you WILL come back next week with a good report, I KNOW you can...you can do it

Either way, not the WORST decision! having an apple for a snack today and even though my lunch/dinner is loaded with carbs (lean cuisine- tortilla crusted tilapia) Its still relatively low sodium and low calorie!! maybe i'll think up something really healthy for my meal later after i do Turbo Fire!!? Hmm.. i want something light but something easy... not sure what, maybe fish again... i'm open to suggestions.
And i have a question. Anyone have opinions on the Healthy Choice steamers? i had the Rotini and Zesty Marinara yesterday.. it wasnt the best tasting thing in the world but are they really any good for you? When i went to put it in my calorie counter, the thing i pulled up said and equivelant 6.95 oz of pasta and sauce is only 165 calories but my meal was 300. Not sure if thats an accurate comparison. Would it just be better calorie and carb wise to just cook pasta from a box with tomato sauce?

Oh and i have a weigh in sunday that i'm a little unsure about. been up and down all week weighing in at the gym and at home.. Hopefully itll be at least 2 lbs... and then i have a bridal shower on sunday with a breakfast buffet... hopefully there will be yogurt and fruit or something. Breakfast is kinda a weakness for me. Any suggestions on how to do well with that too?

Soooo, I weighed in at 232.0 this morning but it's a total fluke, I would like to be all

because the weight loss came after nearly drinking myself to death during a Bourbon tasting and then coming home and throwing up every single thing I ate yesterday...and maybe the day before. No more Bourbon tastings for me! I'm on a weekend juice fast, so that means no solid food for 48 hours, I have done it for much longer before, so I'm pretty confident. Monday starts my 8 weeks block of bootcamp so that should be fun, but it will definitely slow down my weight loss...which is okay because it will be muscle and toning, not just being a fatty (which is what I've been lately) okay, I'm rambling, have a good weekend peeps, this challenge is halfway over, let's make this half count even more!!!
