LOL...this is funny, I was just PMS'ng hardcore yesterday and found myself INSANELY hungry. I had met my calories for the day and all I could think about was something cakey or pastry-like.
However, I was able to have what I like and what satisfies me, both filling and delishous....my pre-prepared pumpkin raisin flax muffins!

Not only are they very healthy, but they have almost NO FAT! I keep a batch frozen in the freezer at ALL TIMES. I eat them for breakfast and for a quick filling and tasty snack. My calories were still high yesterday (about 1700), but without my muffins, I would have surely gone completely perserk!
