I've just started using Lose It! but I find the calorie count it's given me is super high. I put down that I only wanted to lose 1 pound per week, put in all my stats, and it said to eat 1600 calories a day. Is that right? That seems high to me. Is Lose It! generally trustworthy as far as counts go?

I use Daily Burn... it's so simple and easy. I love it!
