I weighed in but I'm not sure if the chart thing changed my pounds lost number...oh well! Either way, another just over a pound lost.

Well, I am down another 3.5 pounds:D not sure how but I am, and I'm not complaining. I have a few 1 pound weeks, and a couple no weight lost, so I guess it is starting to even out.

RoseRodent-Hope everything is well with your parents and your daughter. Glad to see you came out of the hospital just fine.
Weight-will say I stayed the same at 149lbs. I get this problem, I don't go for a while and my scale will stay the same until BAM I drop more than usual in week. *Sigh* we all know our bodies and how frustrating they can make us. My plan for this week is to get stricter. I want to be down to 145lbs by 2/25/11!! I also wanna at least make 147lbs for next Monday! |
I gained 1.5 last week. We were iced in for 2 days, and instead of getting on my treadmill, I hunkered down and watched movies. Lesson learned.

Posted a gain this week. I definately wont make 12 lbs by Valentines day but maybe I can at least get to 6 lbs. I have had the hardest time getting the scale to move in the right direction! Maybe the next challenge will be better for me.

147.2 today, 10.8 lost for the challenge. Am thinking I might make 12lbs by Monday next. Once again, thanks for all the support ladies.

No loss this week. I started more strength training and that always bounces my weight up due to fluid retention. I am eating on plan and exercising 4-5 times per week. All in all, I'm happy with my progress.

Just posted my final weigh in. Was hoping it would be 139.9, which I saw on Saturday, but it's not. I don't think that 8.9 pounds is too bad though!

Well, I just put in my final weight. Another 1# loss, but I am still short 1.5# for this challenge, but all in all I am very happy with what I lost. And, the other great thing is that I am now down into to 170's. I was finally able to say ba-bye to the 180's.:carrot::carrot::carrot:

Got as low as 198.6 this weekend, but bounced back up a bit despite eating on plan. Ah, well. I hit exactly 12 pounds lost. I'll take it!

Posted my final weigh-in for this challenge. Down to 148lbs, down 9lbs.Just like Slim n Up said: it's just good to be out of the 150s (for me!). Ready for the next challenge!
I am happy with my progress just because I wasn't strict on my diet, but I was still able to lose 9lbs. I need to crank it up, it'll be harder to lose as I weigh less and less.:dizzy: |
