Sorry sorry sorry. I am here, I just posted the weights I should have posted the last couple of weeks and I am definitely in this challenge for real - just had a week and a half away from the net but I am back back back and totally ready to lose, instead of the maintenance I've been doing over Christmas/New Year.

Yay, I am back home to my scale and also back to my internet connection. I didn't realise the challenge would get so full so I didn't leave enough slots for everyone. I think I've now fixed everyone's entries so they are in the right columns and so there is something in the blue totals. Shout out if I have now managed to mix you up with someone else or something! If you didn't have a weight for the first week only week 2 I just doubled up and put your weight in both columns otherwise the sheet doesn't work properly.
So I climbed on the scale this morning after 2 dire weeks of eating out and being presented with meals on a plate without a clue how they had been derived, thinking I'd find out "how much weight I put on" and I'm down another 3lbs. That's good enough for a regular fortnight, but the two party weeks? I'm super-impressed. Hope you all have enough room in the gym this week with all the new-year dieters. |
Wow, everyone did pretty well over the holidays! I, on the other hand, need to get back into it, lol! I think I'm at my pre-Thanksgiving weight which isn't great considering that I had lost weight between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I'm back on plan now:)

updated my weight wow a whole pound gone. When is valentines lol. I just realized that I joined but never posted, old age rearing its ugly head.

Yay, lost another pound but won't update until Monday, see if I can get to 154 by then. I think I can, I am making good choices. Whenever I feel like eating fast food because I am out and about, I decide not to, and I lose.:carrot:

I am here. Will be updating starting next Monday. I went off plan for about 10 days. I will probably be up when I weigh in next week, but I am hoping to still be in the 260s regardless. :)

Hee hee, not really expecting a loss myself, I don't tend to fall into that kind of a pattern, plus I started with some weights this week so I reckon on having some serious water weight. We've already averaged over a lb per person, though, that's cool.

I'm glad we're averaging a pound per person, because I haven't lost yet haha. I'll next be weighing on Monday morning (which will still be Sunday for most of the world) so I'm hoping to see a loss then...I haven't exercised much this week but I have decreased my calories from my crazy holiday week, so hopefully that will count for something!!

Just weighed, since it's Monday here. Minimal loss, but any is good, right? I don't think 12 pounds is a possibility for me, but I'm aiming in that general direction...even if it's only 6 pounds I'll be happy :)

Just added my number. A two pound loss this week and all things considered, it's pretty miraculous. Definitely need to get back on the ball and do better this week.

Woke up this morning with a monstrous case of belly bloat and weighing in up a bit at 175. I'm not taking that as my official weight for the week, cos yesterday I was way smaller, I know cos I tried on these pants to see if I could wear them today, and yesterday they were really roomy, today they are snug. Shouldn't have had that sodium-fest last night. (But it was nice)

Weighing in at 154lbs today. Might be less, but that's what I see today. I have the flu (since Thursday) so that definitely helps. Flus are horrible!!

I lost 1.5# this week, not great, but any loss is a loss.
