Default Popcorn

I am having popcorn, made on the stove with oil tonight but is the calories on the container (3 tbsp=140 cal, 1 cup popped=30 cal) including the oil or not?

Nope, it's just the popcorn. Add the calories for the amount of oil you used.

I think that old-fashioned stovetop popcorn is the best tasting popcorn! Worth the calories once in a while.

Oh heck yes! I'll factor in a little good olive oil for the taste of the stuff from my Whirly Pop.

Stovetop popcorn is yummy. I agree that its just the popcorn calories unless there was oil in with the popcorn.

I make microwave popcorn most of the time myself. Their calories always confuse me too. The unpopped calories are just so much higher than the popped version it makes me wary lol But i guess not every kernel pops and most of that oil and butter is on the bag. *shrug*
