Sorry, I have to side with the other posters here. Your typical day looks a little unhealthy, even though your calories are where you want them to be. Focusing on lean protein (egg whites, boneless/skinless chicken breast, fresh fish, 0% or 2% fat greek yogurt), whole grains (stay away from "enriched" anything and watch for high fructose corn syrup), fresh fruits/veggies - or frozen if you can't get fresh, and heart-healthy fats (avodcado, EVOO, almonds, walnuts, natural nut butters, etc.) should give you lots of options so you can eat things that taste good AND are filling. I imagine you are really hungry eating this way! I know I would be!!
I congratulate you on your weight loss thus far - 7 lbs & 2" in 5 weeks is AMAZING! I will encourage you, however, to think about how you want to eat for the rest of your life...and start doing it now. It could mean slightly slower weight loss (maybe not, though!), but the change will become permanent and maintenance will not be such a big adjustment - you just do more of what you've already been doing!
Some really good things about how you've been eating:
1. frequent, small meals & snacks - keeps blood sugar regulated & (hopefully) should stave off the munchies
2. calorie 'banking' - - meaning, eating less during the week to account for a higher calorie day with your friend
How is your water in-take? That is so important for your well-being. Plain, old water. I try to drink 80oz/day - more when I'm exercising.
Hopefully we've given you some things to think about. You are doing GREAT so far!! All of this input is meant to help, not discourage...
