Forget that 5 lbs. You'll lose it again. 1500-2000 sounds a like a good range to stick to. I tend to keep around the 1600-2300 range and it's working for me, but then again I'm a bit heavier than you. I've found that if I exercise before bed, not only do I sleep better but I tend to lose weight better.
Just keep at it and you'll get there. We know you can do it.
