Default Calorie Count in...?

Chinese food! Well to be more specific a large egg roll and a palm-sized piece of beef teriyaki (or was it spare rib? Whatever the red meat is sorry lol I'm not good at identifying by memory)? It would really ease my paranoia about what to eat for dinner tonight.

Where did the food come? A restaurant?

Which restaurant? Maybe they have nutritional info on their website or something?

I looked but I think it's a local-place so no luck =[. Oh well it's today so I guess it doesn't really matter too much. I made a guesstimate and I think it was sort-of on target. Thank you though =].

You may be able to get a rough estimate by looking up another restaurant with similar food like Panda Express or something. I am not sure what else you have there in the US. We are slightly limited in restaurant selections here in Canada. It's hard to get a really accurate count on restaurant foods because it depends a lot on how it was prepared. I doubt the chef is measuring the amount of oil and salt each time he makes a dish
