Default Current weight indicator...

How often do you update your current weight if you indicate it under avatar? Every time you have a loss, when you feel like it or every so many pounds?

I update mine, as well as my ticker, every Saturday after my official weekly weigh-in.

I weigh myself every day to help keep myself accountable, but I don't update that stuff with my daily weight fluctuations.

I usually only do mine after Ive gone down a few pounds or so....but really its whenever I feel like it or think about it.
Ideally I would just update it every week when I do my official weigh in but it just doesnt always work out. lol

I update it anytime I log onto 3FC and my weight is different... that being said, I move it both up and down depending on the day. I just can't help myself... I love seeing that little ticker move... every little millimeter counts.

I move mine whenever I lose a pound. I'm losing pretty steadily right now and I'm weighing daily. As the weight loss slows, I'll probable weigh less often. It feels good to watch that number shrink.
1 for every 5 pounds lost!

I update ticker every time I weigh in. But I'm also the person who weighs in no more than once a month.

when ever I see a new "lowest weight" more than once.

The only time we truly fail is when we give up and stop trying. Everything else is just information to help us find our way to success.

Short term goal Onderland
Mid term goal 185 lbs and no longer obese

usually once a week on a day I designated as my "official" weigh in day, but I will sometimes change in between, if I've hit a milestone or something like that.
