My main goal is to still be dieting on St. Patty's day. I know the weight will keep dropping, as long as I don't give up!

So my goal is to still be here in another month!

You got that right!

Starting is easy. Its keeping going when the scale scorns you, old ways tempt you and people around you stop noticing the changes.

So, that sounds like a wonderful goal to me!

Wow, good for you!!! I can't wait for that day as well

Jigglefree~ You are not the only one, I am so excited too! These forums are such amazing positive energy. Love it!

I jumped on the scale this morning and was down about 1/2 pound. I caught myself from that thought "Hmmm, is that it?!" and reminded myself that at least the scale is going in the right direction! Steady wins the race

Keep going ladies!!! We can do this

Yesterday stayed on track for Calories (between 1600 - 1800) i came right in at 1790. phew! close! Ran for 25 minutes straight too, to complete C25K Week 6.

Did 30 Day Shred DVD this morning to help with some of the strength training i am doing on days where i don't run. So far today is also on point for calories. I have a Lean Cuisine with salmon and wild rice planned for dinner.

I'd like to join in too!

My weight goal will be to get out of the teens.

Exercise goal to continue cardio(either Denise Austin or treadmill or BOTH!) 5 days or more per week and weight/resistance train arms, legs, and abs each twice per week.

Today I've already done Denise Austin Cardio and Abs + Stretch/Yoga. I'd like to get in at least 30 minutes on the treadmill if the baby will keep sleeping :O).

My next weigh in is Monday, 2/22. I'm trying not to become a slave to the scale and just weighing once per week.

I've done good fro me. I'm now down to 142.6, so right on track with my goal so far! Especially after this weekend- usally after what I went through I would've hit the chocolate bar section at the store (even though I really don't like chocolate lol). My van motor seized on Friday- I still owe $1000 on that thing and all I got for it was a measly $300.00- and that was after the $700 mechanics and towing bills GRRRRR................
We can all do this!!!!
