Hey guys~
So I just feel like I need to rant:/ Today is normally food shopping day, but as I had to go check out a university, it had to wait until tomorrow~
However, as a result, there was no fresh veggies, fruit, tins of weightwatchers soup, or low cal jelly pots left in the house! None of the stuff I normally eat...except for Muller lights (Low fat yoghurts)
I've had FOUR today, four! simply because there's been nothing else to eat in their place ( like fresh food) and even though I haven't exceed 1200 calories, I feel like I've binged on horrible food even though...I mean, it could have been worse? They're yogurts...
BUT FOUR!
This rant doesnt have a point:/ I just feel really unhealthy, even though I don't know if I should:/
