I made egg white crustless quiche with lots of broccoli and fat free cheddar cheese on weekend (400 calorie total). I had 100 calories of that with cup of skim milk (90 cal). Very high protein breakfast that keeps me full for at least 3-4 hours.

I had:

1 slice of whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter
A cup of peppermint tea with 1 tsp Splenda
1 med. banana

for a total of 192 calories. I tend to "graze" all day while I am at work...maybe if I beef up breakfast a little I won't want to munch all day?

85% of my breakfast meals are oats. :P

Bob's Red Mill quick oats
banana
flax seed meal
raisins

It's about 400 calories but really holds me until lunch!

You can see all my meals (photos) on my blog too if interested.

I usually have one of two breakfast options that I love depending on how I feel. One is a slice of whole wheat bread topped with an egg friend in pam spray. The other is 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup maple nut oatmeal crisp, and 1 tsp Uro's 3-6-9 oil.

Default What Did You Have For Breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I make sure to eat something that is nutritious and low on calories (Since I'm trying to lose some weight). I've been using Bistro MD diet meals and they send the food to my door. The breakfast items that they've been sending me are - Protein Bagel served with cream cheese, English muffin with a side of Turkey Sausage and Egg Whites, veggie sausage patty, Buckwheat Berry Pancakes served with a blueberry and strawberry compote and turkey sausage links. I have lost alot of weight with Bistro meals. They have a lot of variety, check out their menu if you're interested.
