A great tip is to put them in the freezer. Then, even if you do succumb to temptation it'll take you about an hour to eat one. Then, at least, it's a treat you can enjoy for longer than 30 seconds.
My SO snacks and eats far more than me a lot of the time. He seems to have been blessed by mother nature as he has amazing muscles for no reason (I'm not complaining

). I think these days he does tend to choose snacks that he knows I don't like, which does ease the jealousy. Although it's quite hard when I'm eating a bowl of veggie soup with no bread and he goes through a whole French stick with his bowl!!
