Talking I Love Hungry Girl!

Hey guys, I started counting calories last year and fell off the wagon. Well I am back now and I love the new Hungry Girl cookbook, 200 recipes under 200. I have tried several and have loved them all.
If you do not have this book I recommend it.
If you do, what is your favorite recipe?
Mine is the Sweet n Chunky Chicken Salad, I had it on a bed of lettuce (spring mix) with some Raspberry Lime Dressing. It was so good! Oh and only 155 calories for the salad (210 for the whole salad)

I don't have the 200 under 200, but I just bought the other cookbook. Haven't had a chance to make any of them yet, but it's great to see "real" food made with lower calories.

My daughter and I had these for breakfast

They were wonderful. The recipe calls for creamer (powdered) and I used the Cinnamon Bun kind. I know it added a few more calories but it was worth it. (only 15 more)

I have not tried the onion rings but they are on the site. They are next on my list.

For those not familiar with Hungry Girl, the website is great and has hundreds of recipes and other useful and fun info. You can sign up for their newsletter - it comes every day and has recipes, reviews of all kinds of food products and great recipe makeovers (dishes from restaurants that they make over to be lower in calories without sacrificing the taste), and all kinds of other info. I really enjoy it.
