yeah. thats a crazy amount of cals a day.. if i do eat that many i'll be fat forever! lol well i guess 1500-1700 a day should be fine. i do some moderate workouts 5times a week. nomore than a hour a day.. treadmill, situps, etc. so idk.. different for everybdy rite? oh and i feel horrible because two nights ago i ate a whole giant chocolate chip cookie, and lol yesterday the scale said i gained 1.6 lbs. idk idk. coulda been the cookie, coulda just been anything.. all i know is that scared the **** outta me! i learned my lesson, next time ima have more willpower. as i learned from 3fc, u learn from your mistakes (;
