I just wanted to add... when you thaw the bologna, it releases a little bit of liquid, but don't worry, it never seemed to affect the taste/texture! (Just make sure you don't have a hole in the bag, or put something under it, or it will leak in your fridge and smell like bologna for days... yeah, I might be speaking from experience here, lol.)
