Hmm, just checked my 30 and 90 day average on mypyramid tracker.com. 1500 average for 90 days with last 30 days averaging 1510.

between 1600-1700. I went a little lower for a few weeks (between 1400-1500) and my losses slowed so I pushed it back up.

I'm between 1200 and 1500 but my dr. wants me to lower it for a while to about 1000-1200 to help my joints.

Ive been maintaing for the last 5 months on about 1600-2000, and its my first week back on plan so im on about 1300-1500 and hoping to see a loss..but im not sure if i will!
