SunK, what you said about the muffin top...I can't stand that for myself, either, so only buy down a size when it fits comfortably. You'll get there soon enough, it sounds like!
David, good luck with the weekends. Cheat days happen, and don't have to be a bad thing, because it does give a boost to your energy level and keep the fat burn going over the long haul. If you can get it down to once every ten days or 2 weeks, something like that, then that's one way to enjoy those kinds of special events, without blowing it for the whole month, and it can actually be a helpful part of your plan, no guilt needed. Another way to keep it guilt free is to up the exercise as you're able, and that will let you have a little more leeway with the food, while still having success with the fat burning/weight loss. You've been doing great lately, for sure!
DCH, welcome to the challenge!
Jacquee, I agree with what you said. We've got a party coming up for my gym's 5th anniversary, this Saturday. I won't be drinking, since I'm driving and will have my son with me, but I'm pretty sure there will be some off-plan food that day, since it's a catered deal. I'm just going to get in a good workout that day, and not worry about the food thing for a day. If there's chocolate, I'm eating it!
Well, the birthday workout had push presses and wallball, plus knees to elbows, which I did yesterday, but it wasn't near as bad as the workout I did yesterday, so it was actually okay. I'm pretty sore, but nothing is broken, so that's a good sign!
Now, on to the housecleaning...VERY exciting!

I'm so behind on my housework, it's not even funny, so today I'm on a mission to get the hard floors mopped, and get the bedrooms vacuumed and all the cobwebs knocked down...it was getting downright skanky in here...too many workouts and too much computer time, not enough house cleaning, obviously!
ETA: totally forgot to say, I got a new low today: 164.8! So, I am now OFFICIALLY by the 70 lbs lost mark! woot!
