As far as school~my kids start back on the 24th.
I Love them dearly but need a break~They are ready to go back also~they miss there friends. They see them some but not as often as they would like too.
ANYWAYS~I am back to my full exercises and walking amounts after how sick I was before had ended them for a few days and then made me have to slack off from them a few more days and not get n all I was use to doing. SO THATS GREAT!!! Plus the scale & my clothes are showing the results of being back on track after being ill.
My hair seems to be doing better with the vitamins.

Well Off to get some zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz goodnight all.

I am one of those people that eats every few hours. I have 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks depending on my schedule. I eat about 1800 calories a day. I'm typically very hungry after a good weight lifting session and I know then my body needs some fuel. As long as I plan my food and really stick to it I tend to ignore the hunger pains the rest of the time.

. I eat frequently, and also I (usually) avoid the kinds of carbs that make me hungry: oatmeal, cereal, or pretty much any white carbs or grains. High sodium foods are also bad for giving me cravings for more (like anything pre-cooked or packaged), so I avoid those, too, except when I go mental and forget why I don't eat those things! Mainly, I eat meat, fish, good fats, and get all my carbs from veggies, fruit, and the evil yogurt, and do fine with those foods. Not saying you have to change your plan that is working, just putting this out there in case it helps at some point!
