I'm not a fan of the morning star burgers, but I love the boca american grilled burgers. They kind of have a smokey grilled flavor. I also like the fake chicken patties.

What we always keep on hand:

fat free hot dogs
Spicy mustard
Smart Balance Mayo
Kraft Zesty Italian dressing (salads and marinades)
Jarlsberg Lite cheese, sliced for sammiches
sliced low sodium/low fat lunch meat (turkey, roast beef)
low sodium/low fat canned soups
snacking fruit (bananas, apples, oranges, grapefruit, etc.)
laughing cow lite cheese (french onion is the household fave)
crackers
frozen chicken breasts
bags of baby spinach (I chop it up fine and put it in everything I cook, mix in the whole leaves with romaine for salads)
Veggies that keep well for up to a week or more (bell peppers, leeks, baby carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.)
Fresh tomatos for sammiches, salads, etc.
Tuna in water
whole grain bread, sliced
Kashi frozen pizzas
cereal (Fibre One, various Special K cereals)
skim milk
plain nonfat yogurt (SO MANY uses)
Whole wheat pasta
nonfat whipped cream (a little 5 calorie dab on frozen berries is win)

We also keep a supply of frozen fruit and veggies, and usually some very lean ground beef too but I mostly resort to those when I am desperate for dinner ideas and just can't be arsed to go to the store.

I have gotten some great ideas from this thread that I wouldn't have thought of. I am craving some laughing cow cheese now.
