late to hop on board!
I'm a few days late into the challenge but I still want to join! This would be my first challenge here and it's already making me motivated.
1. Lose 10lbs 2. walk at least 30mins every day 3. stay away from chocolate! Here goes, good luck to you all! :D |
Hey CC Gang!
No one should apologize or feel bad for joining late. No such thing as late. It's always a good time to hop in, set some goals and take care of yourself! ;) I am feeling pretty darn good here today. It's been a great week for me. I finally saw a new decade on the scale today. I've been fighting with the 230s for nearly 2 months and today I saw 229.4! :D Of course I also got stuck eating 2 meals out today so tomorrow might not be as nice, but I saw it...I own it darn it. :p My meals were within my calories and I made good choices. I also did 45 min on the treadmill today. A good sweaty, heart-pounding time! The treadmill is new to me. For nearly the past 10 months I've been on the elliptical 7 days a week. My trainer and I decided it's time to throw the treadmill into the mix. I will do HIIT on the treadmill for about 20 min after my weight training sessions and then the other 4 days a week I'll do the treadmill for 45 minutes...working up to a 15% incline...and a speed that keeps my heart rate up. The past couple days I've been playing with the combo and found at right now a 6% incline and speed of 3.3ish keeps my HR up w/o killing my legs - any higher speed my shins hurt. Today I tossed in 3 minutes of running during the workout. Really just to see what I could do. I couldn't believe I ran. ME! RAN! I felt like a million dollars! Anywho. I'm rambling and it's getting late. Tomorrow morning I will be biking to the gym and doing a solo weight session. Looking forward to it. I'm also thinking about taking my nearly 4 yo to a movie tomorrow...will be the first time I've taken him. The hubs took him a couple weeks ago and he did really well. Night Friends! :) |
Barb, congrats on the running...woot! :carrot: Hopefully, mixing up the exercise with the treadmill will kick things into gear for you with the scale. Congrats on seeing a new decade! I'm working on seeing more of that myself!
Jorie, I'm so impressed you're running 10Ks already, like they're nothing! I'm doing a 5K with my sister in June, but I think she's walking/jogging it, so I won't be going for a fast time that day. There's a 7K "mud run" at the army base here July 4th, and I'm thinking I will do that one, too. It sounds like fun. You get to run through the woods on dirt trails, there are obstacles to climb over or crawl under (through the mud, of course), and everybody ends up covered head to toes in mud. I'm assuming there's some sort of firehose at the end, so folks can get rinsed off and changed and drive themselves home. Some folks from my gym are going, and I think I'll sign up, too. DJMommy, WTG with the eating today, and the workouts! Daydrem, welcome to the challenge! MrsLovett, sometimes we're POP and the scale doesn't show it, but keep it up, and it will show on the scale at some point. Babe, lol about the handstand. Enjoy the water weight run..I know I enjoyed mine, and you have to be doing something right for that to happen, so don't make it out to be less than it is...you're making changes, and that's something to be proud of! WTG! Tiff, I know what you mean, I only get my water in by drinking tons during my workouts, and carrying the bottle around with me all day. Nice job yesterday! Phoenix, congrats on your succes with week 1 of the C25K! I started out with that, too, and it worked really well for me. I love being a runner, after a lifetime of just "wishing" I could run! Cebsme, any kind of biking kicks my rear! Congrats on getting on the bike. Mixing up the exercise almost always gives a boost to the calories burned. :) -------- Okay, I hope that takes care of all the replies. If I missed you, it's not purposeful! I did a workout today, finally, first time I've done a "real" crossfit workout since I got sick a week ago. The running was the big challenge, just because breathing was impaired, but I did my usual warm-up, then a killer metcon that took me 20 mins and left me lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat. I know the rest days did me good, but it was great to get back to a normal workout. It's way past my bedtime, so I will get off here now. :faint: |
Hi again everyone!
Nothing big, but half a pound down today, taking me to 148.5 lbs. I swear, weight loss is sooo SLOW sometimes! Worked out for half an hour with my Wii Sports Active (I'm doing the 30 Day Challenge!). What's really crappy though is that it measures how many approximate calories you burn during the time you exercise... well I exercised for half an hour today and it said I only burned 116 cals or something! I'll take it with a grain of salt because it is kinda a game. I'm sitting here sweating though! That's sad... Hmm... now I have to think of something fun to do! MrsLovett |
Look at everyone already losing some weight!!! Good job :)
I weighed this morning and was actually up a pound. However, TOM is here....so only being up ONE measly pound was a nice sight to see. LOL It's usually more like 3-4 pounds during this time of the month. I'm hoping that next weekend's weigh in will be a good one! haha |
Hello all.
DH and and I played on the Wii last night and this morning. And then I got on the Wii Fit a little this afternoon, and really ended up getting a good sweaty, heart rate raising workout out of it. Also moved 8 bales of alfalfa today which was a chore. I have been jogging a lot instead of walking, like to the mail box and just around the back field when I am doing chores. Getting a bit more movement in. The TV hasnt been on except for the Wii and news this morning which is a huge improvement for us. Hope everyone is doing good! |
Hey everyone~
OAKEY~I saw 200.0 Today LOL~So since today is laundry day and I get a workout That I hate (hahaha) then I should should see onederland tommorrow I HOPE!(I BETTER) And BARB as soon as I do I am like you I am claiming it~! CONGRADs on the 220's ~I felt a huge accomplishment when I reach the 220's ~So I AM SOOOOOOO PROUD OF YOU! I am in a bit of a hurry (Cause It's laundry day~UGH!) Anyways~Everyone seems so athletic and kicking butt on that department and here I am complaining about laundry day!!(I can't help it~I hate doing clothes hahahaha~But with 3 kids always changing and a hubby always changing and Me going through different sizes We got a zillion Loads a week ~Or well it seems like it. I can not stand crappy looking clothes so I spray & wash bleach~gentle cycle~Cold water /same colors ALL THE PROPER MEASURES AND IT TAKES FOREVER!) will check back in soon~SORRY FOR COMPLAINING TAKE CARE EVERYONE! |
I'm not sure if my main goal is appropriate for this challenge, so if not, please let me know!
- NO binges. - Drink nothing but water. - Go for a walk every day, or if that's not possible, every other day. - Watch my carbs. |
Penelope, whatever goals motivate you, are the PERFECT goals! Welcome to the challenge!
I don't have a lot of time, but wanted to pop in and say that I met one of my goals already! My nephew gave me some of his cargo shorts that he'd outgrown, and they were the 32" waist size I've been hoping to get into since the beginning. Well, last night I brought the shorts home, and couldn't resist trying them on, and they all fit! Woot! I just hope that the rest of my belly fat is above the waistline, because honestly, I cannot afford to keep buying new pants, or having only 2 or 3 pair because I'm afraid to waste money buying more than that. It's all fun and games till your pants fall off and you're too broke to buy new ones, so you look like one of the little rascals with your big pants belted up around your rib cage! :lol3: I'll keep working on the handstand goal, and if I think of something good to go for, I'll add another goal to my list for this challenge. |
Jam~:high: AWESOME JOB GIRL!
 You cracked me up with the Pants and belt Image! We all have had to go through that I think.~ HAHAHA~I actually need a new belt:D |
Grats to all of you chipping away at your challenge! :carrot:
I bought a new scale yesterday that doesn't like me as much as my old one. So I got to up my starting weight by 5lbs but it was down 1 from that this morning so I'm staying motivated! At least my goal was 10lbs and not a number on the scale so my challenge is still the same. I was good today, it was my first fully planned out meals and I stayed on target! I did a belly dancing workout dvd and walked for 20mins on my treadmill. Hopefully I'll do this well tomorrow!! Good luck and here's to a great 4th of July! |
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG
I AM FINALLY IN ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HECK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 199.6 I AM GONNA KISS THE SCALE ! I AM SO DANG EXCITED! And of all the things I can not get my new signature up LOL! Oh well. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo HAPPY! I will chat soon ~I am gonna have the hubby take a onederland picture for my memories. I hope I never see 200's EVER AGAIN! |
Hi,Hope it not to late for a another one to join your group
[1]I like to lose 8 lbs to finally get out of the 160's by July 4th, [2] than go down to my 10% of weight loss at 150 lbs. [by Sept] [3]followed by my last 10-lbs by [by Dec] |
Maybe I dont hate my new scale, it was kind to me this morning. I weighed in at 216.8! :D I just have to get myself out to walk in an hour or so and maybe the .8 will drop lower tomorrow morning.
Hope you're all doing well on your challenge! And GRATS Lori on Onederland! |
Lori259- Congratulations on Onederland!!
I just weighed in and lost 2 lbs for the first week on this challenge. Hopefully next week I can lose 3! : ) Hope everyone's scales keep being nice to them. |
Lori-Congrats on onederland!
I am doing pretty good so far. I have been getting in my water and workouts. I hid the scale this morning so that I can't weigh myself 100 times a day. |
Lori - Congrats on Onederland. WooHoo!!!! :carrot:
Jam - that mud run sounds like it would be a blast. Barb - congrats on the new decade!!!! :dancer: And running - wow I don't think I started running until I was in Onederland. That is great. I still cannot run on the treadmill though. Not sure why but I just cannot seem to do it. I do love the incline walking. That burns a ton of calories. Keep bumping up that incline. The scale is up a little for me. Not 100% sure why - sometimes it just does that. I know I ate a little over my calorie range this weekend so that is probably it. Not sweating it though since I am normally a little higher at the beg of the week. I ran again last night - 2 miles and threw in another 2 miles of running intervals. Whew those intervals are tough. I had a really good weekend. Went swimming on Sat with my nieces. Rhimi (who will be 3 in a month and a half) was in her little ring and wanted me to take her from the islands (which is the stairs) to the sun (the light at the other end of the pool) and back again. I did a ton of laps holding onto her hand. She wanted to do that for about an hour straight. That was a fun workout. Plus on my day off I watched the Red Wings game that I taped from Sat and then watched Sun game right after. I love hockey and was glad to see the Red Wings win both games. Tonight is the next game which I will have to tape since I will be at the gym. Tonight I will start out with some cardio then move on to lower body. I will have to leave the gym and come back since my husband has a class tonight and he will not want to come with me early. During his class I will probably do some core exercises mixed in with more cardio. Hi to everyone else. It is nice to see so many new people joining in. |
Congratulations to everyone for their hard work!
So far during this challenge, I've lost 1 lb. :?: Only one lb? I guess that's okay though, I've only been joined for four days :) A little over a month to go. EEK! I don't know if I can do it! Yesterday, I exercised for an hour and a half. That was 40 minutes Wii Sports Bowling, 20 minutes EA Sports Active (aerobics and strength training), and half an hour crazy-walking (I walk too fast :) people can't keep up with me! It's pretty much always been this way). I guess it paid off because I'm half a pound down this morning. How's everyone else doing? MrsLovett |
Okay my first goal challenge...
- Try to step up and do 2 kickboxing classes - get my friend to train me with a bootcamp obstacle course - Tone, Tone and loose Inches - I am happy with my weight so far.. its just working on toning.. |
Hi!
Today's exercise will be 30 mins Wii Sports Bowling and 60 mins Step Aerobics Class! I leave for step aerobics in an hour! Too bad the class only lasts until the beginning of June :( I don't know what I'll do after that! My calories were on plan today so far... don't know what I'm having for dinner yet though. Everything else was healthy. I hope that I can lose these last 7 pounds in time! MrsLovett |
THANKS EVERYONE! You all rock! LOTS OF HUGS! I am holding strong at 199.6
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAWWW No more 200's! In a hurry will type again soon~kids are hungry ~gotta go cook. |
Hi everyone!
I'm trying to get my mom in on the "get healthy" bandwagon. Or rather, she would like to do it, but seems to be hesitant. She has high blood pressure and cholesterol, so I am nervous for her... I offered up my wii fit and wii sports bowling and stuff, but she said no. She is embarrassed and wants to do her exercises when no one is around to see her :( I offered to go on walks with her too, but I think she said no to that as well. Even just a short walk, nothing fancy. I want to help her, but I don't know what else i can do. It's not like I can MAKE her do anything anyway... I really kicked butt in step aerobics class yesterday. Okay, so my rhythm is not so great, but I really got a workout anyway! It was supposed to be an hour long, but it was a make-up class, so she let it run about 10 minutes over since there was no class after ours. I also did half an hour of Wii Sports Bowling, both right hand and left handed! I'm trying to make it so that my right arm doesn't get more buff than my left arm HAHA! Plus, I seem to play better with my left hand anyway! Go figure :dizzy: ! Meeting with my dietitian on Thursday at 1 p.m. I'm predicting I've lost 6 lbs. since the last time I saw her. Will update! Now I'm done typing! MrsLovett ;) |
I haven't posted in a while, mostly because I have been kicking my own bum. Last nights class was good, but I have a new goal that I must whip the recumbent bike, that thing whipped me good last night. Have been on the WII when I dont have class, getting really into it so much that I think I need to take a break today from much else than strength and toning things, and the TV isnt on as much, it isnt off as much as I had planned, but I am spending far less time actually watching it, and more time just listening to it, sometimes I just cant handle the radio.
|
MrsLovett, I know exactly what you mean. My mom is always talking about wanting to lose weight, get healthy, etc., etc. especially since me and my daughter started our weight loss in January. I even got all my brothers and sister to go in with me and we got her a Wii and Wii Fit, she's not used the wii fit but once maybe. I tell her about golds gym cardio and all these other fantastic things but no, she won't do anything. Sleeps till 10:00 am and watches TV most of the day. It drives me crazy!! I am trying to just stop talking to her about it because she just constantly makes excuses and then whines about the weight she's gained. She and my dad both need to eat better but again, one excuse after another so I'm trying really hard to just not think about it because they're adults and it's not like I can make them eat better and get some exercise in.
Good luck to you though! |
I am making progress. Tomorrow I will be moving on to week 2 of the C25K program.:carrot:
|
Lori...WOOHOO!!! A HUGE CONGRATS ON ONEDERLAND!!!!
:carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot: |
Congratulations everyone on your hard work!
I am ashamed to admit that I derailed my challenge by bingeing tonight :( I obviously need a new plan of actions. With every bad thing in my life that I have ever gotten caught up in and then quit for good, I had to go cold turkey. The one thing that I haven't really tried before was going cold turkey with my healthy lifestyle plan - no binges, no junk food (which triggers binges), no alcohol (which lowers my inhibition and makes me crave carbs), and no caffeine. I'm going to stick to my guns 100% for a month. What's a month, right? Hopefully, it will give my body a break from all the punishment that I've been putting it through my whole adult life, and kickstart my weightloss. The month will pretty much bring me right to July 4. Bring it on!! |
Hi everyone and congrats on everything you're doing to meet your goals!
I lost another pound! Finally! So now I'm two pounds down from when I started this challenge! Guess all my hard work is starting to pay off! And I'm just two pounds away from being the tippy top of my normal weight range! Today I'm going to see my dietitian and I hope she'll be impressed. I'm going to start keeping a food journal and bringing it to her. I used to do it and I kinda stopped. It was really helpful. The only thing that I don't like is that her scale measures a bit higher than mine. Her scale is probably better, but I like the lower number on my scale better haha! Anyway, we'll see! MrsLovett |
Joining Late! I have exactly one month before 4th of July!
My goal is to do 40 mins exercise at least 5 days a week & to stay within my calorie limit everyday! |
will i am rejoining today...i joined last week but didnt do anything positive....one month is plenty of time to make good progress...lets go!!!
|
DAVID~LETS KICK SOME BUTT ~YOU CAN DO IT!
BARB~Oakey~JAM~EVERYONE ~Thank god for y'all I know y'all have helped me with support to get where I am so far. THANKS SO MUCH FOR LISTENING TO ME ACT Silly/crazy/sensitive/stupid/and all that other stuff. You all are terrific.I hope like crazy you all deal with me through my other 48lbs I gotta lose. THANKS GUYS. As far as this challenge, I have lost 3 lbs so far I think. I got 5 more to go. I hope I do it. I also hope to fit into some 12's but who knows on that one. That may take a little longer of time to do. You never know....I am going to go hit some community yard sales tommorrow. In hopes of the ultimate goal jeans~I am a penny pincher so I am hoping to find a cool cheap pair at a yard sale. LOL! Maybe an 8 or a 10. Maybe both sizes I have 12's that are in the closet I got from sales & I am getting close to fitting into them(SORTA) I think I am going to donate my clothing to a place that will give it waya to the needy. I have 5 large garbage bags full of clothing.sizes 20's down to 16's and I know they rarely get any plus size clothing at those places.I just never got rid of my old clothes before so I am struggling with doing it. (I am embarressed of it but I am afraid to let go of those clothes for some reason) Maybe I should add that to my 4th of july goal To get rid of my old clothes. HOLD ME TO EVERYONE~I AM ADDING IT ~AND IT WILL BE HARDER TO DO THAN THE OTHER GOALS MORE THAN LIKELY. Will type again soon. (tommorrow is my kids last day of school for the summer so I will be a busy momma~I have felt sorry for ya barb~I will now have 3 children acting like toddlers all summer hahaha~Poor BARB Has had it rough Now its my turn.hehehe.) I aint checking for errors as always so Please look over my typing errors. |
Hi all, sorry I've been awol, but have been stuck home sick, food okay, but workouts sporadic...partly using being sick as an excuse not to workout, and partly using the excuse of not having enough weights at home, yadayada. In truth, I was just missing my gym and feeling sorry for myself. :frypan:
The good news is, I'm over the funk, and getting back to the gym this morning. My sisters gave me a month of crossfit for my upcoming birthday (VERY cool present!), plus, I think I was just sick because of the weather changing from cold to hot practically overnight, and really don't think I'm contageous at this point, just a little of the cough left, so I think I'm safe to go back. Also, my trainers at the CF gym offered to work out a lower rate with me, one I can afford all the time, so I'll be able to keep training with them year round, which I never expected to be able to do! :carrot: Yesterday I finally had some cash flow, too, so I was able to go out and restock my good groceries. I'll be happy to be back POP with the food (sorta ran out of good food the last few days, which didn't help my mood) and back into a routine with morning workouts at the crossfit gym. So, no time to catch up on all the posts this morning, but saw Lori hit ONEderland, so you know what that means... Lori, I present you with the Highly Coveted Flamey Award for outstanding achievement in weight loss (drumroll, somebody, lol)... :flame: Congrats, Lori! I will check in later to catch up on all the posts I missed! |
Just a dreamy1 - I totally know what you mean about trying not to binge. Binging is my biggest problems with dieting. Cross my fingers, but I haven't binged since April 19th. I did not cut out caffeine, but I've completely eliminated alcohol (which has been tough given graduation parties, etc.). I feel the same way as you do, alcohol lowers my inhibitions about binging. When I feel more secure in my weight and food choices I will allow myself alcohol again.
Anyway, I thought of something else for the challenge- I hope to almost fit into size 6's by July 4th. We'll see if that is possible, but it's something to shoot for. Lori259 - I also find it really hard to let go of big sizes. I just started an internship and had to buy work clothes, and I bought everything in 10's and larges, even though they are too big (in Gap work pants and shirts I'd be an 8 and medium), but I'm too afraid to give up the big sizes. I'm afraid I'll start gaining weight and then my clothes will be too small, which is worse than being too big!! Does anyone else feel that way ever?? |
km25 - Congratulations on being binge free for so long! I hope to be able to say something similar soon :)
I agree, once I feel more secure in my ability to remain binge free, I will allow myself a drink or two. That's why I'm giving myself a month of being Cold Turkey. |
thanks lori and congrats to you
|
AWEEEEEEEEEEE JAM~YOU FREAK YOU! FREAKS RULE!
Thanks so much.YOUR THE BEST CHICKADEE DAVID~I am so gonna check your progress this week~YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I am trying to find someone to take the clothing~It's sooo scary to get rid of them. ~i did email a local church that does pickup~it's a step~I hope they do not email back LOL~Now they definetly will since I said that. I hope everyone is doing great!!!! have a great weekend everyone. |
Hey Gang!
Thought I'd pop in while I have a semi-quiet moment. The boys are eating snack and playing with trains so I might be able to get out a post (whoops....juice cup down). Sounds like we've got a lot of motivation going on around here. I love it! I'm doing fairly well around here. I've had some emotional issues with late night mindless snacking going on. Enough is enough! I've been reading and re-reading Tom Venuto's book...every night. Particularly the emotional eating part. My weight has been up and down the same few pounds now for nearly 2 months. Exercise is great, food is good....clearly it needs to be great as well! Not to mention after losing 100+ pounds w/o a stall I guess I'm due. This week was our 15th wedding anniversary and we went out to a fondue restaurant. It was delish. I didn't feel like I went crazy. Tonight is another date night (we got lucky with the babysitter so we decided to book her). We are going to a movie and late dinner. No idea where dinner is going to be but I'll make smart choices. Next Wed is my 39th birthday and then in 2.5 weeks I'll be on vacation in FL with a bunch of college girlfriends. Food challenges all over the place! This morning the scale was at 231....argh I want the 220s back so bad. I only saw them for a glimpse one day. :p Ok...enough of a rant from me. :dizzy: Jam - That's awesome that your sisters gave you a month of CF. I know that has you psyched!!! :D When is the Bday? Lori - I've been donating all my old clothes. I don't want anything too big around the house. If my smaller clothes ever become tight I will just have to get my butt back on track! No excuses! :) 12s!?!?!? WOW! I'm eyeing 16s now....I don't recall a time in my life..EVER that I wore a 12 (maybe 5th grade!?!)! David - Everyday is a chance to do something positive! You can do it! :high: Oakey - I'm not doing much distance running...maybe 2 minutes at a spurt max. I'm still getting used to the treadmill and quite honestly torn between loving it and hating it. Depends on the day I suppose. You are a running machine. Well....it's taken me quite longer than I thought to get this far....dropped toys, snacks, cups, put in a movie, get another snack for the lil one, blah, blah, blah! Man just keeping up with these two should count for cardio. :p HELLO to everyone!!! Talk to ya more soon! :hug:Barb |
Hey all, crossfit workout is done, just doing some housework and chilling on a Saturday afternoon...skating tonight.
David, welcome! I'm a little behind on posts, sorry, so missed some replies in there. What are you doing for eating and exercise? Sometimes saying it out loud helps you feel more like it's a "have to", but you can decide for yourself on that. It helps me to set some specific goals for these challenges, then I have at least one thing to work toward and report in on, even when/if the scale isn't moving so much. We've all been at the beginning of this journey, so if we can help, just give a shout. Barb, we're practically twins, separated at birth! My bday is June 26th, and I'll be 40 this year. (yeah, it was a long labor :lol3:) Didn't you switch off the elliptical for the treadmill recently? If it's been more than 6 weeks, you could try switching back to the elliptical and see if that kicks the scale into gear, or do treadmill 3 days a week and elliptical the other days, something like that? I dunno, just trying to think of something helpful...I know you'll figure it out or just come out the other side of this stinking stall and things will move again on their own. Lori, here's an idea: keep the current size, and 1 size up..if you don't need the size-up stuff for daily use, just box it, mark what size it is, and put it aside. When you go down another size, do the same: box up what you don't need that's now one size too big, take that box and put it in place of the other box...take the box with the 2 sizes too big stuff, put it right in the car, and drop it at the donation place of your choice next time you're driving by. That way, you have that "safety net" in a box, but it's not stuff that is 5 or 6 sizes too big. You don't need that stuff, cuz you're not going back there! Phoenix, congrats on making it to Week 2 of the C25K! Woot! You are a runner, baby! :carrot: :celebrate: :carrot: |
TOM Troubles :(
Lucky me, my TOM... Gained THREE lbs! Hope it comes off soon, and then some.
Got my exercise minutes in yesterday! Felt REALLY energized when I woke up, so wanted to start immediately. Had to practically force myself to have breakfast :o So I wanted to "warm up" with Wii Sports Bowling (though I crank up my music and dance in between frames!), and before I knew it I had played my bowling for an hour! Woohoo! :carrot: Then I did Wii Sports Active for 25 minutes, mostly strength training this time with spurts of cardio mixed in for extra fun! Then I ran errands for... I don't know how long. Hope to do something similar today to shed all of this crappy weight, lose some inches, etc. Hey! Good thing I just noticed! My clothes are all too big! I have to wear belts for almost all of my pants now. Don't have money for new clothes, though I would love to go on a shopping spree! Weight up/TOM, crappy. Lots of exercise, excellent! MrsLovett |
HI ALL!!! Okay....I'm Alittle behind times, But I would like to join in. I am at 177-175 depending on the day.
Goals- drink more water! most bring up my water intake. be 170 or under by July 4th- which means stay on plan and exercize more. |
