Hi everyone, I hope I am not too late to join! My goal is to lose 10 pounds by Valentines Day, might be a big goal but I will try my best to reach it!

It was my first day back to normal and for once I wasn't starving all day long, which is amazing for me!

And back to my workouts today also and my body is feeling it already, that is what I get for being lazy for a couple of months! :o

Good luck everyone with their Valentines Day goals! :)

Stacey

I'd like to join this challenge too.

My goals:
To lose 6 pounds
To drink more water - at least 6 glasses a day
To exercise at least 4 times a week.

These goals may seem small, but I think I have been... biting off more than I can chew... I feel like I have been trying to do everything right and everything at once, and I just continue to fail. So small goals from now on. I can do this!

My goal is to lose 10 lbs by then I think for that being the first weight to come of the may be very doable! So there it is!! now I am excited for V day lol!

Those muffins sound great - i will probably try the lazy way so I will let you know if it works. :)

What did you call them on the Daily Plate so I can look them up? I use TDP too!

rodeogirl, I actually added the muffin as a meal instead of as a recipe. It seemed easier. Sorry.:(

Sooooo tired tonight, but wanted to say HI! I was back at work today for the first time in over 2 weeks, then had a training session and tucked in my little boys after some playtime. Now I need to tuck myself in even though I want to watch the Ohio State game. Sleep wins out. :)

Another POP day for me. Hoping to see the scale start moving again.

Have a FAB night my friends!

:cloud9:

P.S. - FB, has the espresso worn off yet? Hope you get some sleep. I know that munchy feeling...thankfully mine was gone today.

Monday, January 4th... GREAT SUCCESS!!:jig::bravo::broc::cheer::yes::goodvibes: :dancer::encore:

So I stuck with the game plan all day today, and did really well both with cals and carbs (I'm doing a CC/Atkins hybrid).

The pre-prepared meals that I did last night really made things go smoothly. I think its really going to help me stay on track so that I can do this challenge.

I also exercised today... I was supposed to go to the gym at 6:45am for a spinning class, but that did NOT happen :nono:. Instead I ended up going to my apartment gym in the afternoon... not the caliber of workout that I get when I go to spin class, but better than nothing!

So I'm pretty much happy with today. I would say its a four-star day.

I hope things went well for everyone :grouphug:

And of course, some will power dust to get us through tomorrow (it never hurts!):

Welcome everyone! So nice to have so many people participating. We're going to be some fine hot mamas on Valentine's Day!

Barb - the espresso NEVER wears off. I mainline it. You reminded me to brew another pot! I asked the hubby for a nice professional espresso machine for Valentine's Day. He better put in some overtime. Baby needs her caffeine faster.

The muchies yesterday were awful! I don't know what my deal was. I haven't had one of those days in so long. I gave it my all with weights yesterday - that may have been the culprit. I loaded up on protein, which usually does the trick - but no help.

Yesterday I had a very good day.I kept myself busy moving all day,I even stayed under my limit of 1800.

You can do it, Stacey!

My exercise wagon lost a wheel. I missed my cardio Sunday, then yesterday was just one of those days where it was good I don't own a gun. Miraculously, I've stayed OP with the food AND the water, but the workouts just did not happen the last 2 days. Of course, I went up a pound each day, after not working out. :dizzy:

It's just the usual struggle with getting back to normal after a holiday, which always throws me for a loop. Priorities, that's what I have to focus on, I know. So, I will just keep on till I get back in the groove.

:welcome: to all the new challengers! I'm about 3 pages behind, so I'm not even going to try and catch up post-by-post. I did read them all, though, and it seems like everybody is really putting their all into each day. :grouphug:

 to all my buds. I'd better finish up my 3FC posting and get this day going, so I can check in later!

I'm not going to set a weight goal this time because I've vowed to stay off the scale for a month- I was getting far too obsessed despite all I knew about how I shouldn't do that- so I'm not going to step on the thing until about middle February. Instead, I am going to set an exercise goal, because the one thing that I keep slacking on is exercise, despite the fact that it's so vital to get these last lbs off!
At least 45-60 minutes of vigorous exercise, every day for at least 5 days a week. I've got all kinds of new indoor exercise motivation, like a new body ball, a new 3 lb weighted hula hoop that should be coming in the mail soon, concert DVDs to use my exercise bike to, workout videos, etc. so I've got no excuses anymore.
This week: 1/5

Good luck to you all with your goals!

Must go put all the Christmas decorations and tree away. This could be a month-long job as it's not the kind of thing I want or like to do. :D DH took everything off the tree and I'm sitting in the middle of the mess along with 3 baskets of laundry that needs to be folded. Do you think putting the Christmas stuff away will qualify as a workout???? NO, I didn't think so. Ha, ha.

I'm feeling thinner already since I've been on plan the last 4 or 5 days.

Ok, I really must go and put things away. I'll be back to report on my cleaning "accomplishments" and hopefully workout regime.
