Gosh, so many great things!
I'm not quite at goal yet but for me, three things really come to mind. I was sitting in a meeting last week and noticed I had not only crossed my legs at the knee but had wrapped the ankle of my top leg around behind my bottom leg. 8 months ago I couldn't even cross my legs! Then the other morning when I woke up and was stretching before I got out of bed I felt downright
sleek. Felt almost like one of those heroines in some romance novel or something

. And, finally, I don't cringe away from people who want to greet me with a hug anymore because I'm not worried they are going to feel all the rolls of fat I was trying to hide with the oversized shirts.
