2/10 for Labor Day goal. I hope everyone's doing good and staying on track. I'll have to admit that it's been a struggle for me, the past week or so, but my good-choices making side prevailed. ^^

That sounds like a good plan! What is JM's Front and Back? Is that like lots of pushups, pullups and the like?
I'd have a hard time eating right at one of those, too. I had been having my protein shake for breakfast, so I was getting plenty of cals and protein, but now I'll have to think of something good I can eat that early in the day. I've never been a breakfast person, and I'm pretty sure I can't stomach broccoli and salmon for breakfast, lol.
